Exchanges

Exchanges (including limited edition items) will only be accepted if the item has a manufacturer damage. Photo(s) must be provided via email to info@attendthesabbath.com prior to exchanging the item. Exchanges can only be processed once the items has been returned.

If the product being mailed back is damaged in any way you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Returns

Items (including limited edition items) can only returned and exchanged if the item has a manufacturer damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer legible for an exchange.

Please do not send the items back without contacting us first.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds on cancellations can only be processed if your order has not shipped.

Damages

The Sabbath Project is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

USPS claims should be filed no later than 60 days from the date of mailing. If your item is damaged or missing contents, you should file a claim immediately but not later than 60 days from the date of mailing.
